职位描述：
Main responsibilities:
？ Overall people management and management of the accounting team
？ Supervise the general accounting: AR, AP, cash management, treasury incl. FOREX hedging. Assure accounting follows local GAAP and Group accounting policies (IFRS).
？ Follow up credit management for local sales (reporting to Group Credit management, request credit lines, manage dunning process)
？ Responsible for on time and accurate monthly closing
？ Ensure correct and all necessary provisions are taken and reviewed at month end
？ Provide management reports and ad hoc analysis and reporting. Monthly closing statements within 5 days of month end, a quarterly financial statement within fifteen days after the end of the relevant quarter and final annual financial reports within fifteen business days after the end of the relevant fiscal year.
？ Responsible for metal accounting and correct financial processing of metal hedging and counterpart for other departments
？ Responsible for inventory (completeness and correctness)
？ Responsible for fixed assets
？ Responsible for cost accounting: cost center structure, follow up and reporting of Production & Maintenance costs
？ Responsible of all aspects of EBIT (Analysis, follow up and reporting)
？ Responsible for fixed assets, CAPEX and CE (analysis, follow up and reporting)
？ Responsible for budget and forecasting. Submit to the General Manager an annual budget for each fiscal year not later than ninety (90) days before the beginning of such fiscal year,
？ Responsible for optimal functioning and maximum automation within financial systems, specifically responsible for ERP system (master data, user accesses, maintenance, interfaces with other programs) and its interfaces with other parts (production, quality, logistics)
？ Responsible for all legal compliance
？ Responsible for internal control, including implementing MICR
？ Responsible for all tax compliance and risks
？ Support the GM in management


Requirement:
？ Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Finance or Management. CPA, ACCA, CMA is a plus
？ 8 year experience in industrial / manufacturing environment in an international company
？ Cost accounting experience
？ Understanding of material flows in a chemicals/ceramics production environment
？ Solid accounting and tax ‘ theory and experiences
？ Experience in setting up ERP system (SAP B1)
