职位要求：
" Mechanical Engineering degree plus 5 years experience in chemical plant environment or chemical construction project (of/with foreign company better but not critical).
" Organizational skills for work procedures, documentation, and staffing of Maintenance Department.
" Experienced with rotating process equipment, power transmission, and hydraulics.
" Experienced with maintenance equipment (instrument calibration equipment experience appreciated).
" Familiar with QC/QA procedures, Fire Codes, Safety Codes, ISO Procedures
" Experience with preventive maintenance scheduling.
" Experience with Process Safety Management Procedures.
" Familiar with Materials of Construction, corrosion control.
" Familiar with purchasing procedures for parts and services.
" Others skills: able to read and understand technical English / Good computer skill using Microsoft programs / Basic English & Cantonese speaking appreciated.
Project Responsibilities:
1. Visit vendor shops to ensure quality and schedule goals are achieved.
2. Receive equipment on site, maintain warehouse, control release to contractors.
3. Supervise the inspection of received equipment; write non-conformance reports.
4. Supervise the compilation of Operation and Maintenance File System
5. Supervise the testing and acceptance of installed equipment.
6. Witness millwright inspections and collect documentation on all rotating equipment.
7. Inspects work-in-progress to ensure that it conforms to quality specifications and schedule requirements.
8. Ensure that all testing of pipe welding, NDT is performed to Sartomer requirements.
9. Active part in organize the Maintenance Shop and its equipment and storeroom.
10. Write report for &/or attend weekly project meetings.
11. Adhere to Sartomer policies regarding safety.
12. Collect and file As-built drawings.
13. Assist training Maintenance staff on new equipment.
14. Assist training Operations staff on utility equipment operation and safety.
