职位描述：
1、管理、策划、执行、跟踪团队销售的整个流程，实现优秀的团队业绩，开拓团队线下分销市场：各大写字楼白领、服装店、水果店、药店、咖啡厅、酒楼、食品批发档口、美容美发会所、超市、便利店、酒店公寓、物业、健身中心等有饮品需求的客户等；
2、带领团队进行线上市场的招商工作开发，线上招商对象包括：中国咖啡快消网商城、淘宝、天猫、京东、1号店、微商、各大食品/茶分销平台等；
3、带领团队挖掘大客户订单，开发客户潜在需求，进行有效客户公关，包括：企业定制、OEM、ODM订单、大型展会订单、区域代理商订单等；
4、自主招聘、组建市场团队至少2人以上，解决团队问题，防止客户流失；

职能要求：
1、一年以上的工作经验（具有快消品、餐饮类工作经验者优先）；
2、具有团队管理、领导能力，注重实战经验丰富的市场人员，熟悉一定的销售渠道；
3、具有一定的市场分析、策划、创新能力，可独立解决团队问题，根据市场需求提供解决方案；
4、认可我司企业文化及平台，有信心完成我司咖啡专业技能培训课程，并顺利通过考核的技术型市场管理人员；

职业待遇：
1、带薪培训：1-2个月培训学习期内，可免费获得广东省咖啡人才中心提供的技能培训，培训期间享有津贴及业务提成；
2、年薪保障：实习期满考核通过后，签约12个月保障合同，薪资结构：基本年薪3万-4万元+0-3000元/月津贴（餐饮津贴、通讯津贴、话费津贴、管理津贴等）+5%-18%业绩提成+各项福利（保险福利、假期福利、生日福利、健康体检、人文关怀、旅游福利、进修福利等）；
3、集团产品多样，客户群体广，业务沉淀，佣金稳定，高额佣金提成5%-18%；
4、工作时间：五天工作制，周末双休，工作时间自由，活动自由；
5、晋升渠道完善：市场运营主管——市场经理——营销中心总监（每1-3个月进行一次晋升评级评估）；
