职位描述：
1.Ensure the import and export work can fulfill material purchasing and sales requirement, control the process, define HS code and coordinator between plant forwarder and logistics plan.
确保进出口工作能满足物料采购和销售的要求，控制流程，定义物料海关编码，协调货代和物流计划之间的业务。
2.Daily communication with forwarder, follow up sea transportation and custom clearance.
与货代日常的沟通和跟踪海运运输和报关。
3.Prepare import and export document.
准备进出口文件。
4.Handle airfreight custom clearance.
处理空运报关。
5.Check sea freight billing from forwarder, confirm it and write PPR to Finance
核对海运账单，确认后填写PPR提交财务。
6.Check air freight billing from forwarder, collect transportation cost information and booking in SAP system.
核对空运账单，收集运输成本信息录入SAP系统。
7.Handle complain issue to import forwarder.
处理对进口货代的抱怨。
8.Define H.S.Code before project, coordinate with broker and customer team.

基本要求：
1. 具备扎实的物流流程知识；
    Good knowledge of various logistics processes.
2. 熟悉船务和报关相关概念，具备相关经验；
    Be familiar with transportation and packaging concept. with related working experience;
3. 熟练使用Excel，特别是常用的函数公式；
    Excellent level at Excel (formula and calculation purpose).
4. 具备汽车零部件的相关产品知识；
    With solid automotive products technical knowledge.
5. Expansive knowledge of importing/ exporting (customs processes)
进出口报关知识丰富。
6.具备SAP R/3 或者其他的ERP系统操作经验。
    SAP R/3 experience or other ERP systems

本科以上学历，工程领域专业优先；
Minimum Bachelor degree level, engineering field is preferable.

3年以上相关岗位工作经验，有汽车部件行业经验优先；
