职位描述：
Job Description:
1.To develop and implement a learning strategy and platform to deliver various approaches to effective learning and development and build organisational capabilities
2.To support and implement processes that enable the organization to identify, measure and invest in people potential
3.To develop and deliver the training calendar for country/cluster and evaluate and work with training vendors where needed on training programs based on organization and employees’ needs
4.To deliver various training programs, support new employee induction and on-boarding
5.To champion, coach, embed and deliver the Talent and Succession Management processes within the country/cluster management group as well as deliver leadership programs at appropriate levels and tailored for individual business needs
6.To participate in ad-hoc projects such as assessment and development centres, delivery of talent program modules etc


Job Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in HR or Business Related
- At least 3 years working experience in human resource functions
- 2-5 years experience in Delivering and Management Training
- At least 2 years direct and virtual leadership experience
- Good at oral and written English
- Superior Presentation and Facilitation Skills
- Project Management Experience is preferred
- Talent Management Initiatives and Performance Management
- Able to work in a matrix environment
- Coaching Skills
