The Role
As part of our branding and design services “Orange Branding”
is looking for a full time colleague to be representative in the
responsible position of a “Financial Control Manager”.
You will be in charge of all aspects of financial management,
including corporate accounting and internal financial reporting.
Setting up and maintaining the overall financial system as well
as developing internal control policies and procedures will be
the key elements of this position.

Responsibilities
1 Setting up the overall financial system of the company
2 Guiding financial decisions by establishing, maintaining, and enforcing policies and procedures to strengthen internal controls
3 Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies
4 Coordinating the preparation of financial statements
5 Ensuring quality control over financial transactions and internal financial reporting
6 Researching technical accounting issues for compliance
Key competencies
7 In particular proficient verbal and written English
8 College accounting degree and public accounting experience (CPA preferred)
9 Proven three+ years of working experience as a Control Manager
10 Advanced application software expertise (Excel and accounting software)
11 Experience in forecasting and budgeting
12 Great attention to detail and accuracy in work results
13 Strong management and organizational skills
14 Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player mentality

关键技能
1. 精通英语口语与书写
2. 本科以上财务相关专业背景 (注册会计师优先考虑)
3. 三年以上相关财务经理工作经验
4. 熟练使用财务相关软件 (Excel 与财务软件)
5. 具备财务费用预算经验
6. 注重财务工作的细节性与精确性
7. 较强的管理与组织能力
