职位描述：
"经验/Experience:
? 有机械类工作经验，有辊压经验优先；Mechanism industry, better with the Rollforming experience?
? 至少两年以上的机维修经验，有机械维修经验优先；at least over 2 years experience in equipment repair, better with Mechanism repair Mechanism
? 熟悉机械设备的运行（辊压与折弯等）；familiar with running of equipment, such as press and forming
? 有焊接经验优先（TIG与MIG)；better with welding of TIG and MIG experience

其它技能要求/General Skills Required:
"?会使用各类量具检测产品/Utilize have measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, tape measure and feeler gages) to ensure accurate set-up of jobs and part quality
? 使用TIG焊接板卷焊，或其它相关工作/Weld coil ends together using tungsten inert gas welding (or other means if required by the job and/or work center)
? 设定与确认辊压的相关参数/Set and check roll parameter as required
? 滚轮承板架的三点校直/Reform three-pass alignments as required
? 产品换型与调试/The parts change over and set up
? 日常问题的处理与确认（轮廓度、长度、产品其它尺寸等）Demonstrate ability to troubleshoot the following: twist, SPC issues, length and centering issues, cross-section dimensional issues. ? 日常易损件的更换（切刀、模具等）Perform cutoff blade, die steel, side cam and other perishable cutoff tooling replacements as required." 举报 分享
