职位描述：
Main responsibilities:
1. Have a direct and positive impact on our clients’ business success.
2. Act as a supportive, reliable partner with clients in the areas of employees engagement, 21st century leadership, organizational culture (core purpose, values, work attitudes), change management (vision – strategy - action plan).
3. Take part in whole consulting process:
     - Solution co-creation with Client and the Team
     - Implementation, with main responsibility in leading meetings and workshops facilitation
     - Project management (from project kick off to follow up)
4. Work hand in hand with other consultants to provide excellence and make the best use of team synergy; manage work of the project team (2-3 consultants).
5. Be familiar with and adapt Team Acting methodology to the specific business case, customize visual and interactive tools, road books and consulting materials if necessary.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above in HR, Business, Social Sciences is preferred.
2. Native Chinese, and proficiency in spoken and written English.
3. More than 10 years of working experience in workshop facilitation, and preferred experience in trainings/workshops on management level.
4. Fast learner and focused on constant improvement.
5. Familiar with Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Prezi etc.)

Skills:
1. Familiar with ease different facilitation techniques (sketching skills/ability to present ideas visually will be a plus).
2. Ability to think conceptually, to think 'out of the box' and leverage them to develop solutions.
3. Demonstrates strong empathy i.e. can read people and their underlying needs and concerns and demonstrates a genuine interest in and sensitivity towards people.
4. Good planning and project managment skill.
5. Able to build and inspire confidence and strong relationships with clients and the Team. 举报 分享
