职位描述：
OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的
? Support the KAM to manage the big automotive projects
? Reduce the mistake while the projects process
? Improve the communication with the customer during the projects process
? Shorten the duration of payment by pushing the final acceptance earlier

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
? Fill in Purchase Order, follow up and manage Purchasing Orders
? Follow up the delivery schedule and project schedule
? Communication with the customer
? Contact related staff to check goods after arriving of goods
? Coordinate between KAM and customer service
? Prepare paperwork, Organize and archive documents of project files and drawings

KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求
- Educational: Bachelor degree above, major in Automation/Electric/Mechanic related.
- Experience:
1. At least 3 years project management experience in manufacturing company;
2. Excellent communication skills and analytical abilities;
3. Good knowledge of project planning;
