职位描述：
Position： Assistant Procurement Manager (Veterinary Clinical Services)

Job Responsibilities：
1. Manage a small procurement team to deliver maximum supply value to the Club, ensure policy compliance and mitigate the risk exposure of the Club through managing the sourcing process, development of right sourcing solution and negotiation for the best total cost of ownership commercial and contractual terms;
2. Responsible for procurement of equipment, consumable & drugs, etc. for veterinary, clinical and laboratory services and managing vendors, perform proactive procurement related activities across multiple categories of spend and provide contracting solutions to meet the overall business needs;
3. Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies;
4. Manage and oversee procurement activities and ensure that the Club obtains the optimal terms in all aspects within established guidelines;
5. Arrange purchases, and negotiate contract, driving cost effective operations and solutions;
6. Develop negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms;
7. Manage internal customer relationship and arrive at win-win solutions;
8. Protect the interest of the Club by appropriately drafting, negotiating and incorporating the terms and conditions, scope and performance requirement in the contract;
9. Assess, manage and mitigate risks;
10. Monitor the market constantly and search out new goods, services and the latest technology most compatible with user requirements and Club standards;
11. Keep abreast of best professional practices and recommend improvements to existing policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of procurement processes;
12. Keep abreast of supply market situation and maintain sound relationship with key vendors for continuous improvement of supply cost and quality;
13. Lead and coach junior procurement professional staff;
14. Take up projects/initiatives as assigned.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, over 8 years’ procurement experience, with the recent 3 years at supervisory level, gained from reputable and sizable companies;
2. Relevant tertiary qualifications in business disciplines, preferably in Procurement, Purchasing and/or Supply Chain Management;
3. Exposure to process improvement methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt) will be an advantage;
4. Experience with medical industry is a plus;
5. Working knowledge on contract administration, tendering and order expediting;
6. Experience in ERP Procurement system and exposure to e-Procurement system;
7. Detailed knowledge of statutory requirements and procedures for importing/exporting;
8. Good negotiation skill, Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
9. Abilities to collaborate effectively, team coaching and development;
10. Business acumen, Self-motivated, Customer centricity, Can do aptitude;
11. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. 举报 分享
