RESPONSIBILITY

1 Audit operation expense related statement/vouchers/ invoice to ensure operation cost are spent in accurate and reasonable manner.

2 Collect raw data for standard cost of Asia countries for both Zim and Gold Star Line.

3 Prepare reports for headquarter cost to review.

4 Communicate with various departments to ensure completeness and accuracy of vender agreement and operational tariff

REQUIREMENT:

1 High responsibilities, integrity sense, positive attitude, result orientated.

2 Good Command of finance, understandable on Ops activities.

3 Good command of computer skill especially on Excel. Experience at Access or SAP is a plus

4 Able read and write in English, good at oral is a plus.

5 Team-work spirits, able to work under pressure.
