空/海运客服/操作应聘要求： 

-具有两年以上的国际货运代理公司的空运或海运操作及客服的工作经验； 

-专科及以上学历，进出口贸易、物流及相关专业尤佳； 

-有良好的英语（书写）能力，CET4及以上及会粤语者尤佳； 

-具有友好、耐心的工作态度，以客户为导向，沟通能力，应变能力，学习能力，接受能力强； 

-工作积极主动，具高度责任心，具有良好的人际沟通能力和团队合作精神； 

-良好的计算机操作技能，熟练运用office软件。 

1. Two years or more working experience in logistics or shipping company. 

2. College graduate or above 

3. Good command of English (especially written) and Chinese (Mandarin & English is a must, Cantonese preferred) 

4. Self-motivated, capable of handling multiple tasks 

5. Initiative and proactive as well as a good team player. Excellent organizing, planning skills and interpersonal and communication skill. 

6.. Fluency in Microsoft Office work processing applications.
