职位描述：
Responsibility:
1) Develop digital strategy and communication plan for the brand
2)Plan and execute digital campaigns through multiple digital platforms: webs, SEO/SEM, email, social media and apps if appropriated
3)Collaborate and manage different professional agencies, set up metrics and ensure execution excellence
4)Sustain the customer loyalty in digital platforms
5)Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
6)Drive communication campaign translation into online/ digital vectors. Support digital communication development. Ensure digital advocacy of key brand activities (ATL & BTL)
7)Evaluate emerging technologies, provide through leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

1)5 - 7 years' work experience in marketing, preferably in a (global) publishing environment
2)Fluent in spoken and written English,Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3)Well versed in digital marketing,Strong analytical and decision making skills
4)Understanding of our target markets and ability to develop innovative strategies to reach them
5)Strong ability to self-organize, prioritize, multitask, and work under pressure
6)Creative, forward-thinking, pro-active and self-motivated,Ability to work independently and as part of a team 举报 分享
