职位描述：
岗位职责
1、中层管理职位，负责其功能领域内主要目标和计划，制定、指导或协助上层执行相关的政策和制度；
2、负责部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；
3、行政管理规章建制及工作流程的优化；
4、综合调研、收集与企业相关的政策法规和信息；
5、统筹规划，协调各业务部门的关系，为各部门解决具体问题；
6、提高内部管理，应用检查、指导和培训等方式，加强部门间的沟通联系；
7、负责公司外联及各项活动的组织。

任职资格
1、行政管理、企业管理、工商管理等相关专业本科以上学历；
2、三年以上相关工作经验；
3、熟悉现代化企业的系统化运作和管理，熟悉企业行政管理知识，熟悉公司法律事务处理程序；
4、具有较强的亲和力，优秀的人际沟通、协调、组织、管理能力；
5、稳重、踏实、勤勉、敬业，具有优秀的分析问题、解决问题能力，及良好的外联、公关能力。 举报 分享
