Overview

Key Responsibilities

Accounting
? Preparation of financial statements;
? Budget forecast and cost control;
? Cash management and bank reconciliations;
? Inventory Management and Optimization;
? Optimizing tax schemes, filling taxes and managing tax refunds;
? Custom clearing.

Business Development
? Overseas sales and marketing development – overseas market research, cold-calling, and cold-emailing etc.;
? Preparation of marketing and advertising material;
? Invoicing and following up with sales orders;
? Daily communication with overseas clients;
? Participation in drafting and executing sales and marketing strategies;
? Liaison with suppliers, manufacturers, freight forwarders, and custom officers;
? Administrative duties as required.

Pre-requisites

? Fluency in English (especially spoken English) and Chinese;
? Certified accountant knowledgeable of international accounting standards and foreign accounting programs;
? Solid experience and knowledge in international trade, especially with letter of credit, custom clearing, international trade law, and trade operations;
? Strong knowledge and experience with the Chinese banking system and tax regulations;
? Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills;
? Willingness to work during unusual hours as we often need to communicate with our overseas teams and clients;
? Willingness to travel overseas;
? Self-disciplinary and able to meet deadline and follow instructions;
? Self-motivated, proactive, and attentive to detail;
? Eagerness to learn and to engage in tasks outside of his/her expertise;

Preferences

? Study abroad experience with a strong understanding of foreign cultures;
? Outgoing, confident, and self-motivated;
? Tech-savvy;
? Experience in the import and export of natural stone.

财务人员：财务经理、会计助理、出纳、总帐会计、融资专员等经济学人才。

综合类型人才：外贸专员、单证员、采购员等
