Responsibilities

- Assist engagement manager in conducting business enterprise valuation /tangible assets valuation

- Assist engagement manager in conducting discounted cash flow analysis for business enterprise valuation / impairment testing purpose

- Analyse companies’ financial statements and identify key trends and issues

- Perform comparable company / comparable transaction research to identify industry benchmarks 

- Perform company / industry research and prepare relevant reports

- Conduct market research to identify comparable properties transactions and property price trends in different regions

- Extract key performance indicators data from advisory reports and build database

- Maintain Excel based database and valuation templates

- Respond to requestors’ other research and analytical tasks in a timely basis

- 协助项目经理开展企业价值评估及资产（房地产或机器设备）评估项目

- 协助项目经理在企业价值评估及减值测试中进行折现现金流分析

- 进行财务报表分析，识别关键趋势及问题

- 进行可比公司及可比交易研究以确定行业基准

- 进行公司研究及行业研究，并准备相关报告

- 进行市场研究以确定可比物业交易和不同区域的物业价格趋势

- 从咨询报告中提取关键绩效指标数据并建立数据库

- 协助维护Excel数据库及评估模板

- 按时完成其他研究及分析任务

Requirements

 

- Basic finance / accounting knowledge and analytical skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese

- Responsible, great work attitude and willing to learn

- Able to work independently with timely delivery of the project

- A good team player – able to work with team members in different background / culture
