Role and Responsibility schedule
1. Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
2. Prepare Cartesis loading file ( balance sheet and P&L )
3. Prepare all monthly closing report i.e. SDB /WIP
4. Receive and issue invoice & Debit Note/Credit Note
5. Input all transactions in MSSL accounting system
6. Cash book Reconciliation
7. Help VAT invoices are certified in tax machine
8. Tracking client contracts and chasing debtors.
9. Tracking the rebill able expenses and providing project profitability analysis
Requirements:
1. Be familiar with accounting and tax policy and five or above financial experience will be preferable.
2. Be self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skill.
3. Bachelor above degree in Accounting / Finance;
