Your Tasks

· Programming of methods of Hamilton's Liquid Handling Robots and 3rd party equipment to customer needs.

· Training of customers (hardware and software).

· Providing technical support for Hamilton's sales force.

· Project management (managing of processes from order entry to customer acceptance).

Your Profile

· Master degree in molecular biology, Biomedical Engineering or Biological Science

· Strong technical and communication skills

· A plus for knowledge in the Life Science and Diagnostics

· At least 2 years of experiences in the support or service business.

· C++ Programming

· Preferably for knowledge in mechanical AutoCAD

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Mother tongue Chinese.

· Good English in written and spoken.

· Good command of MS-Office.

· Willingness to travel within China.
