?SR Region Service Manager for Marketing / Sales / Fleet project technical supporting / SR projects following up
 SR范围：市场/销售/旗舰项目服务经理，技术支持/ SR项目跟踪。
?Based in HCN Beijing &/or Chengdu
 位于北京HCN/或成都。

Major Duties
主要职责

?Represents Hydro Service towards region customers, external bodies, as well as internal (Hydro Regions and Functions, International Network, other Activities and Functions)
 地区客户，外部机构以及内部（水文地区和功能，国际网络，其他活动和职能）的水电服务代表。
?Identifies Hydro Service business opportunities for assigned area with regards to fleet and none-fleet customer
 识别指定区域的水电服务商业机会，涉及旗舰和非旗舰客户
?Acts as the “customer voice” in the organization, to show and create new business opportunities.
 充当该组织的“客户声音”，展示并创造新的商业机会。
?Interfaces with SR Director, SR Back office and other related Departments. Coordinates sales actions with other Sales Managers.

?Builds and implements agreed action plan to develop profitable growth of service activities for the assigned area.

?Preforms Marketing / Sales / Fleet project technical support / small service projects follow up for assigned area

?Develop or support development of needed bidding document.

Competence
任职资格
?Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent
 工程学士或同等学历
?Minimum 5 years’ working experience for Hydro Power Business.
 水电业务最少5年工作经验。
?Strong self-management capabilities with high accountability

?Management capabilities to lead smaller teams
 领导小型团队的管理能力
?Ability to work in a matrix organization with remote management.
