Responsibilities:

· Implements and executes established time standards, production area layouts, and requirements for manufacturing tooling and processes for subsystems and portions of new products, train the worker for product assembly and machine operation.
· Handle various problems arising in production in time to ensure the normal operation of production line to achieve on time delivery, quality, machine efficiency KPI
· Develops understanding of and relationship with internal and outsourced partners for product development and manufacturing
· Develop and execute data collection (production data) studies and obtain data using database tools in order to perform data analysis using statistical tools and methodologies
· Work with project team to design new production line, Design and apply new process, new fixture, new tool, new material and new machine for assembly and testing, execute reliable, cost effective and high quality manufacturing solutions for products from new-product introduction through end of lifecycle
· Response for the prototype and test edition product manufacturing until the release from product center.
· Implement the engineering change on existing product, response for manufacturing instruction creation and update.
· Formulates complex sampling procedures and designs special forms and instructions for nonstandard recording, evaluating, and reporting
· Responsible for design, development, testing, and evaluation of new and existing manufacturing systems for industrial processes including human work factors, material flow, cost analysis, and process optimization in production and packaging operations
· Work with management to identify, develop and implement corrective action plans based on analysis, trend analysis and forecasting.
· Define and implement the preventive maintenance plan for the machine and production line, ensure machine running stably for production.


Requirements:

· Fluent in Mandarin and excellent English reading, writing, & speaking.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook) and AutoCAD is required
· Knowledge of FMEA, PDCA, FTA/ Fishbone diagram Methods and logical thinking.
· Experiences in testing software programming.
· B.A degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or equivalent in automation, industrial engineering
· 5+ years industrial engineering experience in multi-national manufacturing factory. Be familiar with assembly process and solid IE knowledge/skills
