工作职责：

- 通过邮件/电话与客户联系，以跟进客户业务账款/结算问题；

- 通过邮件/电话与KPMG中国其他分所同事沟通,协助跟进业务账款，以及管理账户等相关事务。

岗位要求：

- 大专或以上学历；

- 有相关客户服务或呼叫中心或工作经验优先考虑；

- 有良好的普通话和粤语沟通能力，有良好的书面和口头英语沟通能力者甚佳；

- 有较强的人际沟通交流技巧；

- 有良好的电话沟通礼仪，能耐心与客户交流；

- 具有积极性与责任心；

- 具有良好合作精神及能够独立工作；

- 具有一定的抗压能力；

- 能有条理地完成工作，并注重细节；

- 能熟练运用Excel等MS办公室软件。

Responsibilities

- Liaison with clients via email and phone call to follow up business account/ billing issue.

- Communicate with colleagues in other KPMG China offices via phone call / email, to assist with the billing and account management process and/or escalate issues.

Basic Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or above

- Work experience in customer service, call center or hospitality & tourism industry is preferred

- Good command of spoken and written English (College English Test Band 4 or above), Chinese and Mandarin

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Good telephone manner and customer-oriented mindset with passion, patience and caring attitude

- Strong personal initiative and accountability

- Able to work independently and cooperatively

- Ability to thrive in a challenging environment

- Well-organized and attention to details

- Familiar with MS Office applications especially Excel
