岗位职责：
1、负责监督公司总邮箱的收发、存档工作；
2、主管业务类邮件跟进的监督工作；
3、综合管理公司的规章制度、通知等文书工作；
4、负责统筹各个部门内部控制工作；
5、负责行政各项后勤工作；
6、主管监督厂房维护工作；
7、总经理交办的秘书类、文书类事宜；
8、协助安全主任完成安全相关执行。
9、其他上级领导安排的相关工作。
任职要求：
1、本科或以上学历，英语精通，大学英语6级以上水平；
2、有3年以上中大型企业行政管理相关经验；
3、熟练办公软件的操作；
4、工作态度踏实，有较强的计划力和执行力，有团队精神，服从上级安排。
上班时间：5天8小时工作制，节假日根据国家法定假期休假。
