职位描述：
岗位职责

1. Play a Project Management role to support the technical integration of 5D iTWO and Revit.
2. Collaboratively engaging with key leaders from Autodesk to combine Autodesk Revit and iTWO.
3. Work closely with BD, marketing, consulting and heads in Germany, Silicon Valley and APAC headquarter Guangzhou to support pre sales to reach the business target of getting more clients.
4. Lead the RND team to deliver the worldwide advanced 5D construction software with design function according to clients’ requirement.
5. Develop the project schedules and monitor project progress in conjunction with management.

任职要求

1. Bachelor or above degree, solid education background, with major in IT, software or related is required, MBA or master would be preferable
2. More than 3 years’ management experience, Revit project management is a must.
3. More than 5 years’ development experience with Revit/C#/C++ or related skills
4. Familiar with AutoCAD and object ARX software developer and REVIT connection.
5. Strong ability of software design , familiar with the commonly used systemhierarchical design , design patterns , and programming algorithm , familiar with object-oriented analysis and design methods and tools
6. Good communicating skill and requirement analysis, team spirit and awareness.
7. Project management skills, Good team leading, coaching/supervising and performance management skills
8. Able to travel overseas.
