职位描述：
我公司为一家德资公司，为制药行业提供全面的专业GMP咨询服务，包括：新厂房建设、旧厂房改造过程中的全套GMP服务，设计审核，验证确认，质量体系建设，差距分析，模拟检查，检查协助，第三方审计等等。协助国内企业以最有效的方式通过欧美及其他国家的检查和认证。我们致力于打造专业技术团队，为制药行业市场提供有价值的服务！！

岗位描述
1. 执行GMP咨询服务如：新建工厂的相关GMP服务、设计审核、差距分析、审计、培训、确认和验证、质量系统建立等
2. 负责对多个项目以及大型项目的控制、管理以及汇报。
3. 支持项目的谈判以及商务拓展
4. 带领并发展技术团队

任职要求
1. 大学本科毕业，专业背景制药、化学、生物技术、工艺工程或相关
2. 10年以上从事制药企业的生产、质量或工程部门的工作经验
3. 相关项目管理经验
4. 丰富且深入的法规和GMP技术知识, 对国际GMP法规和要求熟悉者优先
5. 有能力独立承担工作及压力
6. 能接受较多的出差及有可能较长时间在外地执行项目
7. 对技术知识有较强的自我提高意愿
8. 英语能力良好，尤其能熟练阅读英语文件

Job description
1. Executing GMP consultancy services e.g. new-set up facility full GMP service, design review, gap analysis, audits, trainings, qualification & validation, GMP system establishing, inspection assistance etc.
2. Responsible for controlling, managing and reporting of several and bigger size projects
3. Supporting acquisition and business development
4. Guiding and developing the technical team

Qualification
1. University degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Process Engineering or related disciplines
2. At least 10 years of work experience in pharmaceutical companies, either in production, quality assurance or engineering departments
3. Project management experience
4. Broad and deep regulatory and technical GMP know-how; preferably familiar with international GMP regulations and requirements
5. Ability to work independently & under pressure
6. Willingness to travel - at times awhile out of office
7. Willingness to enhance technical knowledge continuously
8. Fluent in English, especially in reading documents
