职位描述：
ACCOUNTABILITIES：
1.Serve as the first contact point to all IT users, provide first level IT support to all the users.
2.Monitoring all centralized IT equipment running status such as computer, printer, backup schedule, telephone system, iPhone, UPS, conferencing system etc.
3.Maintain backup tape rotation between Nansha and off site
4.Provide IT training to users and delivery IT news to users
5.Maintain IT software inventory and update installed software on each client
6.Assist to update hardware inventory, including desktop, laptop, printers, server etc, update inventory file if there is any new added, movement, dispose etc.
7.Provide basic assistant on IT project management, finish assigned task on time with high quality, including project requirement analysis, project implementation, and project document management, provide necessary suggestion on project risk control etc.
8.Create SMART ticket for each IT issues

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
1.College degree
2.Be good at learning new technology, and good attitude
3.At least three years working experience in ITS field
4.Good professional knowledge on Outlook, Microsoft product, VMware, Backup solution, Telephone system
5.Expert in Microsoft windows system and network management
6.Good internal customer service and communication skills, be good at understanding customer’s requirement
7.Be good at thinking/analyzing case systematically and comprehensively
