A. Food and related majors, bachelor degree or above.
B. 5 years working experience in food factory QC department, 2 years experience in food factory QC manager.

D. be familiar with food QS related policies, regulations, standards, familiar with food QS, HACCP and export permission related audit and transact process.

F. good English reading and writing ability.
G. Iso9000 and ISO22000 experience is preferred
QC manager responsibility
A. Overall responsible for the company's quality control work, Overall responsible for the management of QC department work.
B. Establish quality management system (including materials inspection SOP and monitoring system, SOP and monitoring system of the production process, the quality of the finished product SOP monitoring and monitoring system, finished product storage And Cold chain control SOP and monitoring system, plant health system, factory disinfection system, customer complaint handling procedures, etc.), and supervise the full implementation of this system.
C. Purchase material inspection, to ensure that the purchased material is valid national health safety and quality requirements of the company. Set up the supplier management system, and participate in supplier evaluation and audit. To ensure the supplier is qualified and high quality.
D. To monitor production process, to ensure that according to the health, quality and technical requirements for production.
E. Monitor the quality of product, to ensure that products are the company to be sent to customer quality standards or customer requirements.
F. Monitor the quality of product ,To ensure the product quality in line with the company standard or customer requirements.
G. Check the factory everyday health system and disinfection system to carry out the situation. To ensure the health situation of factory conform to national standards and company requirements.
H. To handle customer complaints.
I. Responsible for quality management system and quality control system training.
J. Ensure to establish quality management system and related system, meet the external audit work. Complete the QS, etc., related certificates for the examination and approval work.
K. Finish the inspection of the relevant government departments. Maintain good relationship with relevant government departments.
L. Responsible for the management of laboratory, to ensure the accuracy of the test data.
QC经理岗位要求:
一、 食品、检验相关专业,本科以上学历。
二、 五年以上食品工厂QC部门工作经历,二年以上食品工厂QC经理经历。
三、 熟悉食品QS相关政策、法规、标准,熟悉食品QS、HACCP、出口许可相关审核、申报流程。
四、 能制定公司品质管理系统,确保公司产品符合国家和公司要求。能制定品质目标, 不断的提高和加强产品的品质。
五、 熟悉5S的培训、实施方法。

QC经理岗位职责
1. 全面负责公司的质量控制工作, 全面负责QC部门的管理工作。
2. 建立产品质量管理体系(包含材料验收SOP及监控制度、生产过程SOP及监控制度、成品质量SOP及监控制度、成品储存和运输SOP及监控制度、工厂卫生制度、工厂消毒制度、客户投诉处理程序等),并监督该体系的全面实施。
3. 对外购材料进行检验,确保外购材料是合符国家卫生安全和公司的品质要求。建立供应商管理制度,参与供应商评估、审核。确保供应商是符合要求和高品质的。
4. 对生产过程实施监控,确保按照卫生、质量和工艺要求进行生产。
5. 对产品质量实施监控,确保送到客户的产品是合符公司的质量标准或客户的要求的。
6. 每天检查工厂卫生制度、消毒制度的落实情况。确保工厂的卫生情况合符国家标准和公司要求。
7. 负责质量管理体系和质量控制制度培训.
8. 处理客户的投诉.
9. 确保建立的质量管理体系和相关制度,满足外部审计工作。完成QS相关证照的办理、审批工作。完成政府相关部门的检查工作.与政府相关部门维持良好关系。
10. 负责化验室管理工作,确保化验数据的准确性。
