ABOUT THE JOB The IKEA Business Specialist will be mainly responsible to give the consultant and design service to IKEA business customer at IKEA business point. Contact closely with IKEA business customer to provide the relevant solution according to their needs and IKEA home furnishing knowledge to fulfil customer needs. Support IKEA business manger to launch local events to build relationship with IKEA business member. Follow up customer’s feedback of solution for improvement and experience accumulation

YOUR ASSIGNMENT Your tasks will include:
Bring quality business furnishing solution by actively working with IKEA business customer
-Business customer analysis to understand IKEA business customer’s activity, needs, frustration
-Familiar with IKEA range which can provide relevant solution to business customer.
-To Give consultant and design service to IKEA business customer to provide the relevant solution to fulfil business customer’s needs.

Optimize sales and profitability through the successful communication of IKEA range reflecting our priorities to the business owners
-Provide the complete solution including future and furnishing. Proper planning base on relevant business range, top seller, 3A&1K, PCD.
-More flexible updating the planning due to the stock availability, PCD and customer change mind, etc.

Strengthen the IKEA brand image in local market
-Work actively as an IKEA ambassador of branding when work with business customer and local events.

Supporting CN IKEA Business success
-Follow up the customer’s feedback of solution for improvement and experience accumulation.
-Communicate with other store IKEA business consultant to share the experience and good example

YOUR PROFILE Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
-Interest in people’s everyday life at home and in home furnishing
-Self-reliant and motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a larger team
-Experience of actively selling through understanding your customers and their needs industry, in the home furnishing market
-Ability to set expectations for others and provide clear direction and follow up
-Ability to prioritise and organise work and the work of others in order to make the most efficient use of time available
-Confident in communicating and managing/leading others
-Ability to adjust the style of communication to get the message across to the receiver
-Experience of setting action plans, as well as setting and following up on goals
-Proven problem-solving ability
-Experience of taking commercial decisions based on local market information
-Considered decision-maker
-Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to read and understand written English
-Good analytical skills
-Computer literate
-Experience of selling gained in the retail industry, in the home furnishing market
-Experience of managing/leading and developing a team, preferably gained in a retail environment
-Ability to engage the receiver and create a passion for your goal.
-Experience of setting long-term action plans and setting budgets and following up on goals
-Experience of using the commercial priorities to prioritise their own work
-Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English

-向宜家企业顾客提供咨询和设计服务，给出相关解决方案，满足他们的需求。

成功推广宜家产品系列，向企业主传递我们的侧重点，提高销售业绩和盈利
-提供着眼于未来的完整家居装饰解决方案。根据相关企业产品系列、最畅销产品、3A&1K和PCD产品进行合理规划
-根据库存情况、PCD和顾客决策变化等灵活更新规划。

强化宜家在当地市场的品牌形象
-与企业顾客联系和参与当地活动时，积极担当宜家品牌宣传大使。
支持中国区宜家公司业务部的发展
-跟进顾客对解决方案的反馈，以进一步优化解决方案，同时积累经验。
-与其他宜家商场的公司业务部顾问沟通，分享经验和优秀案例。
