Report to:Maintenance Manager 维修经理

Location: Qingpu 青浦

Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for ensuring all the mechanical equipment and facilities running stably and safely;

负责确保所有机械设备的正常运作；

2. Responsible for PM arrangement and execution;

安排预防性维修及实施；
3. Responsible for spare parts management, purchase application, technical preparation, storage optimization;

负责备件的管理，设备采购技术准备，优化备件存储；
4. Responsible for documents establishment and management ( Facilities, Maintenance, Lubrication etc.);

负责文档的建立既维护，如：设备，维修记录，润滑油等等；
5.Responsible for WI and facility relative documents update or establishment according to ISO9001/ TS16969 requirement;

根据ISO9001/ TS16969的相关要求，负责工作指南，设备相关文档的更新及建立；
6.Provide technical training to the technicians and relative operators;

为技术员及相关人员提供技术培训及指导；
7.Participate in the implement of technical improvement of the production system;

参与生产系统及生产设备的技术改进；

8.Other tasks assigned by superior.

主管安排的其他工作。

Requirements:
1.College degree or above with major in mechanical, process equipment engineering or relative majors;

大专及以上学历，机械，设备工程等相关专业；
2. Min 5 years experience in mechanical maintenance in the petroleum or chemical industry; Familiar with Hydraulic and Pneumatic system is preferred;

至少5年以上石油或化工行业机械维修相关经验；熟悉液压，气动传动系统的优先考虑；

3. Skilled use of CAD, Microsoft Office software; Familiar with Microsoft Project software is preferred;

熟练运用CAD,办公软件；熟悉项目管理软件者优先考虑；
4. Strong team spirit and coordination skill;

良好的团队合作及协调能力；
5. Be willing to work under pressure and hard work;

工作刻苦努力，具有良好的抗压能力；
6. Good problem solving and trouble shooting skills;

优秀的处理和解决问题的能力；
7. Good command of English- reading and written.

良好的英文阅读及书写能力。
