Report to:R&D Manager

Location:Qingpu, Shanghai



Responsibilities:

1.Set up new project of raw materials localization with SCM department;

2.Visit and evaluate supplier. If possible, help to supplier to improve their quality;

3.Contact raw material supplier regularly for updated raw material info. Report such info to superior;

4.Evaluate new source of exisitng raw mateial or new raw mateirals from supplier with the assistance from analytic functions;

5.Approve new source of exisitng raw mateial or new raw mateirals according to the corresponding process;

6.If needed, assist R&D colleagues to find new raw materials for New Product Development Project.



Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree in chemistry, chemical engineer or related field;

2.At least 2 years work experience, prefer but not limited to the following background:

a) Good experience in organic analysis, organic/polymer synthesis or production;

b) Familiar with analytical method, e.g. IR, NMR, GC, GPC, HPLC, etc;

3. Long term oriented in career development

4. Good communication and coordination skills;

5. Fluent English - oral and written;
