Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with customers for timely and complete shipping instruction before vessel arrival
- Verify SI and customers’ requirement versus documentation standard and customs regulations
- Offer documentation solutions to customers by truly understanding their business and requirement
- Prepare and release B/L with high accuracy and efficiency
- Handle manifest and amendment in proper and secured manner
- Comply with the company’s manuals and work toward the KPIs
- Follow the business practice and always protect the company’s interests
- Work with constant care and strive for quality products and services
- Take initiative on new processes, technology and systems
Requirements:
- College graduate or above
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Good PC skills in Windows / Excel / Word
- Capable of working independently with limited supervision
- Can work under pressures and tight deadlines
- Willing to accept challenges
- At least 1 year experience in shipping industries
