Knowledge:
? Installation of database servers
? Administration databases
? Management of backup data bases
? Incident Management related to databases
? Identify performance problems.
? Knowledge of Unix, Linux (Windows is a plus)
? Oracle OCP certificated
? DB2 appreciated

? Activity report and incident tracing

Requirement：
Bachelor or Master in computer or related field (electronics)
3-5 years experiences on the practice database field
Language: Practice of Chinese, English( toeic >560) and French speaking appreciated

Missions and activities
? making changes and interventions scheduled during the week and sometimes outside of the hours worked, depending on operational constraints
? Taking into account, and resolution of incidents outside of worked hours (also referred calls) on soliciting PCA pilote teams
? Taking into account,analysis and resolution of incidents related to SDI (services manager) call control teams
? Taking into account, analysis and resolution SDI(services manager) incidents caused by a change made by the Supplier
? Taking into account, analysis and processing of MDIA in the context of the times.
