职位描述：
工作地点：上海松江区新桥镇

Main Responsibilities:
- Generate MRP report by grade weekly/fortnightly, review and propose order quantity/size before sending it to Business Support Manager for acceptance/approval. Process order. Follow up with supplier and update delivery status in SAP.
- Coordinate with warehouse/procurement colleagues/logistics/freight forwarders to ensure smooth flow of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Management of material master module in SAP system especially for new grades/sizes – creation of new article codes, update tolerance table, assist colleagues in the subsidiaries as and when required.
- Manage outstanding orders, coordinate with mills and central stock and update status in SAP system.
- Propose and update system for phased out items
- Coordinate with freight forwarders/mills on settlement of damage containers for incoming materials.
- Responsible for stock transfer from plates to standard bar sizes and adjustment for stock discrepancies.
- Coordinate with technical support department on processing complaints (commercial and technical). Coordinate with mill/technical department – process of NOC, settlement of defective materials (send back mill, scrap etc), process for compensation.
- Preparation and coordinate with warehouse on annual stock takings. Deployment of colleagues from Logistics/Procurement/Finance Dept, consolidation and adjustment of stock discrepancies.
- Preparation and submission of essential inventory monthly reports.
- Receive suppliers invoices, check price details, present them to authorised person to sign/approve before sending them to Finance Dept.
- Prepare relevant documents to send to warehouse and freight forwarders (clearance from Port)
- Coordinate with warehouse and freight forwarder for urgent materials for delivery earlier
- Notify Mill of discrepancies reported by warehouse on incoming shipment
- Check and close PO for delivered items if not automatically done by SAP
- Assist colleagues in Production/ Sales Dept on BW reports.
- Ensure a professional indoor sales/order processing department to support the outdoor sales and meet the customer requirements.
- Responsible timely and accurate dispatch to customers
- Selection of right dimension for processing in workshop, reduce the steel waste.

Basic Requirement
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field
- good command of both oral and written English
- Knowledge in SAP process preferred
- Good communication skill and analytical skill
