职位描述：

QUALIFICATIONS

Local IT support / MIS for factory / 400+ people for around 100 PCS.

IT equipment purchase, installation, deployment, maintenance according to company standard.

Office + Production label printers management, follow up with external company for maintenance and repair.

Must be able to read english, good command in oral is a big plus.

2 to 5 years experience, more will be also considered.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITY

========================

Helpdesk, End users support, MIS, IT Support technician.

All hardware related, (PC Desktops, Laptops, Servers) inventory, setup, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrade.

Printers, Projectors, CCTV Inventory management.

Company local network (IT + Telco) upgrade/ improvement.

Assist your level 1 for all other IT related tasks and running projects

KNOWLEDGE

============

OS Windows XP, 7, 8,10, Server 2012, Ghost

Active Directory Domain environment, Rights managements.

Software, Remote tools (Teamviewer, VNC, RDP...)

Finger system, Attendance system support.

Coordinate with external purchase + maintenance suppliers.

Familiar with China Unicom, China Mobile, China Telecom.

Knowledge for IT + Telco cabling for IT Server room + office or shopfloor adjustment.
