Roles:

1. Provide leadership in the areas of Center of Excellence related in APAC region
2. Act as a contact window within the APAC region to identify best practices in the eight Global Sourcing core competencies
3. Cooperate and support APAC Region Strategic Sourcing head and CoE/SRM head to develop regional sourcing strategy and policy complied with global sourcing policy and strategy
4. Championing the development of the global vision and regional execution by implementing new processes, leveraging technologies and supporting strategic sourcing efforts
5. Support Global Sourcing CoE initiatives and innovations, coordinate other functions to facilitate the implementation in APAC region efficiently and successfully
6. Cooperate APAC CoE/SRM head to lead the sourcing teams for sourcing database, reporting and KPIs development and standardization

Key Responsibilities:

1. As the APAC CoE representative to support global and regional strategic sourcing initiatives including operation and system areas
2. Contribute to global sourcing policy development and interpret the policies to fit regional and local requirements
3. Cooperate to develop regional sourcing operation key performance indicator database which complies with Global and regional sourcing strategies, initiatives and requirements
4. Develop the reporting and deliverables, ensure regional monthly sourcing KPI's reports on time
5. Lead or coordinate major sourcing projects with key suppliers and Avon functions
6. Support and develop sourcing risk assessment process within region and global
7. Support regional Strategic Sourcing head and other sourcing team heads to develop long-term strategy for sourcing organization development and deliver projects which contribute to the achievement of the strategy
8. Communication with global CoE team for regular update and report needs. Work closely with regional sourcing teams to frame the regional sourcing operation and performance improvement plans that comply with global sourcing strategy
9. Communicate and cooperate with sourcing teams and related functions in APAC to ensure the improvement plans to be implemented on time.
10. Play as the contact window in APAC for Global sourcing system development and integration, capable to provide training to regional sourcing staff.
11. Create initiatives and innovations for any opportunity of sourcing operation, process, cost and system integration improvement.

Position Requirements:

• Supply chain experience which includes the supply chain system MRP/ERP and sourcing system skills
• Cross functional experience to enable the cooperation with other functions for sourcing strategy, initiatives and innovations spread to necessary areas.
• Good on communication and English skills
• Creative and initiative capabilities
• Global / Regional views
• Location in Phil (more markets for SEA) or China
