职位描述：

负责CNC设备的编程及操作，按时间计划完成新挤出口模加工，执行工作场所安全和健康政策及相应规定。

Responsible for all tooling daily maintenance and change mold of sealing workshop, Comply with the workplace safety and health policy and related regulations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ：
主要工作职责：
1. Responsible for area 5S and safety.
负责本机加工区域的5S管理和安全
2. To receive and transfer the production information from last shift to next shift.
交接班，使用领班交班本形式，接收传递上下班次信息，同时检查各岗位交班本，并签字确认。
3. Responsible for solving all kinds of different problem when modify the mould and responsible for improving the mould which is not in reason
负责挤出口模在加工过程中出现的各类问题，对模具图纸中不合理处提案改善。
4. Stat the quantity of the use of mould wearing parts within the region and information feedback
CNC设备相关易损件使用统计及信息反馈。
5. .Responsible for the daily mould maintenance in the region
负责CNC设备日常点检及维护保养。
6. To monitor the EHS and working behavior of operators so as to reach safe and qualified operating conditions.
监督员工的EHS和操作行为以确保安全和高质量的操作。
7.Keep communicating with SMED shift leader in active , feedback the mould information in time in order to adjust the plan in time
积极主动与模具主管保持沟通，及时反馈模具加工方面信息，以便进行计划性的调整。

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE：
学历与工作经验要求：
1. Technical degree or above
中专或以上学历。
2. At last 3 years experience in mould and tooling modify, and manage experience
至少3年以上CNC高速铣床操机及编程工作经验，最好能有管理方面的经验。
3. Good execution and work responsibility
良好执行力和工作责任心。
4. Have the ability in operating various types of machine and welding equipment
熟悉夏米尔的米克朗机床操作，会Mastercam软件编程优先。
5．Master in auto CAD use
