Tasks of the jobholder / 工作职责

"Be able to handle the lab facilities properly. Prepare lab samples for local product development according to the instruction from superior. Document experiment details clearly and properly.
能正确地操作实验时设备。根据主管的要求制备实验室样品，并保证准确清楚地记录实验数据。"
"Understand Product development process and work according to it.
理解产品开发的流程，并遵照流程进行日常工作。"
"Conduct all relevant tests according the test instruction.
按照实验指导书进行各种相关的测试。"
"Ensure the maintenance and calibration of the instruments which are under the responsibility of R&D.
保证研发部门职责范围内的仪器设备的保养和校正。"
"Ensure the documentation of experiment and test results.
确保实验过程的结果的归档。"

Qualification / 职能要求
"Bachelor degree in chemistry, chemical engineer or relative field;
化学，化学工程相关专业本科以上学历；"
"At least 2 year laboratory experience, familiar with analysis method;
至少2年以上实验室相关工作经验，熟悉各种检测分析方法；"
"Strong willingness and clear career plan for long term lab work;
有长期从事实验室工作的规划和强烈意愿；"
"Good communication and coordination skills;
良好的沟通和协作能力；"
"Fluent English – oral and written;
优秀的英文口头及书面能力；"
"Good PC skills;
