Key Responsibilities:

This position will report directly to the Finance Team lead with strong links to the Global Finance COE functional lead. The key deliverables of the role are to:

l  Functional SAP FI/CO configuration (GL, AP, AR, AM, CCA, PA, PC, etc...) as well as cross functional integration between processes.
l  Provide support and maintenance including end user support, service incidents, problem resolution, and coordination with other IT teams.
l  Manage support processes within global support framework (3 geographical regions)
l  Works with business process owners to define requirements and process flow; recommends solutions and improvements; tests and validates processes; and presents recommendations for review and approval.
l  Providing information technology based solutions to business problems which are in line with business strategies and global templates
l  Identify and understand the business and system impacts within the SAP FI/CO landscape
l  Develops project plans with detailed tasks required to achieve delivery of the fully tested solution.
l  Manage project related activities and work assignments, in developing processes, including process scripts, and test plans.
l  Identify, propose, and investigate new areas of improvement or strategic opportunities
l  Support delivery milestones using defined priority activities and quality standards

Relevant Experience:

·         1+ years experience in SAP FI/CO functional configuration
·         This position requires STRONG soft skills include:

·         Ability to interact effectively with personnel at multiple levels throughout the organization

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor degree preferably with major in Finance, Accounting or Computer Science or equivalent business experience
·         Experience with a global FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) company is desirable but not required
·         Strong command of English Language (Essential)
·         Enjoys working under pressure and managing multiple activities.
