We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Reservations Executive.
Report to: Inbound Department Manager


In this role, you will,

Confirm service bookings 确认系统中的服务预订
Deal with problems 处理突发事件
Provide information 为客户提供信息
Achieve objectives set 达成计划目标

To be successful in this role, you should meet most of the following criteria,

Computer skill
Use of basic Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook etc), good at learning and adapting on using computer at work. Clarity, informing, establishing facts, analyzing, summarizing
Communication
Questioning, using appropriate language, listening
Working Experience: Inbound tour operations or travel agency preferred but not essential
Language: Fluency in Korean, and good writing English skill
