Responsibilities:

- Take responsibility to land the worldwide marketing strategy in China

- Be creative to find right marketing strategy in tough environment. Initiate the end-to-end planning of and through OEM Partner campaigns, and supervise ROI and implementation.

- Manage to and be the aggregated point for OEM and centralized sign off point for both planning and execution

- Drives the regional/sub strategy and impact model for OEM partner development: partner recruitment, partner communication, partner readiness and partner motivation

- Be responsible for OEM team management and people development

Accountability:

- Ensures OEM Marketing is aligned across the Subsidiary (all OMs)

- OEM Scorecard metrics (Rev, Share, Lics, Attach, CPE)

- Integrated marketing plan by segment including Sub, Local channel and MNA.

- OEM Marketing budget management

- Orchestration of OEM to and through partner marketing

Requirements:

- 7-8 channel marketing and product marketing experience in IT industry, prefer MNC working experience and familiar with OEM business

- More than 3 years people management experience

- Good ability in Decision Making, Cross-Boundary Collaboration, Impact and Influence, Optimizing Resources and Budget
