MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree or above;
- Over 3 years’ experience in managing human resources activities in multinational companies
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Understanding or Knowledge on manufacturing process and business
- Comprehensive knowledge of PRC labor laws and regulations
- Good command of computer literacy in Microsoft Office
- Good verbal and written English and Chinese


PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
Training
- Plan, organize, and direct a wide range of training activities, including identifying training and development opportunities with department managers, developing companywide annual training plan。
- Hands on role in evaluating employees’ performance to decide if the workforce would benefit from training
- Identify areas where employees can improve through job related trainings (both internal and external)
- Implementing the training plan in a structured manner to improve overall competence of employees
- Maintain and update training policies if necessary
- Ensure that latest OJT training plans for all positions are in place
- Keep all kinds of training records, including individual training records, training attendance records, OJT training records, training evaluation forms, etc
- Assist HR Manager with customer audits and third party audits.
- Control training process as internal auditor to make sure the effectiveness
- Complete monthly Training report

ER
- Professional handling special conditions management like: working injury, labor disputes, employee termination, as well as lay off (in case). All the ER cases be following and settle down.
- collaboration with Labor Union.
- Dealing with Labor Relation/ discipline issues in line with Company policies.
- HR Communications/Employee activities, Handle the communication related program (company culture, employee survey, employee branding and so on).
- Employee Relations (Legal issues documentation, ER activities coordination)

Projects
- Share project tasks of HR Team by participates as project team member, provide professional advice and keep deliverables on time;
- Leading projects with professional knowledges. Make proposal, and frequently review with the HQ HR.
