第一：准备法律文件，包括所有投资项目的简要，意向和合同。开发投标的过程，程序和政策，必要时作出修改。

第二：负责准备投资项目，分析、理解投标要求，处理相关法律文件，有效满足客户需要，提高出价的竞争性地位。让团队人员熟知商业，财政和技术的信息，确保策略和合同的一致性。领导后期谈判，认清有效的实践和不断提高。

第三：吸引投资项目，使商业伙伴能在知识城投资。向商业伙伴开发和提议投资项目，组织项目宣传活动，通过各种市场和宣传的渠道向商业伙伴展示投资前景。

第四：根据公司的行业发展策略和可持续性，发展和确认商业伙伴和合格的投资项目，进程和标准。运用商业伙伴的评判标准，确定投资的前景和目标。

第五：根据公司的政策和标准，包括法律法规，宣传并争取获得公司和伙伴的最大利益。组织并参加同伙伴的商谈，为伙伴在事先评估，评估，挑选，合同谈判，合同签订和合同执行等方面达成一致创造条件。

第六：开发并执行绩效追踪和管理的相关政策和项目，包括预算支出，技术和专业方面的实用培训，职员管理和做出高效高质的工作。

职位要求：

第一：本科学历

第二：10年工作经验，其中至少3年担任管理者的角色。

Key Accountabilities

1:Prepare legal documents, including briefs, wills, and contracts for all investment programs. Develop tendering process, procedures and policies and make adjustment if necessary.

2:Responsible for the preparation of investment programs, to analyze and understand tender requirements and manage the legal document, to effectively meet customers' needs and enhance the competitive position of the offer. To facilitate commercial, financial and technical information among the team members to ensure consistency in strategies and contracts as a whole. To lead post-negotiation review to identify good practices and continuous improvements.

3:Attract investment programs to enable partners to invest in Guangzhou Knowledge City. Develop and propose investment programs to partners, organize program promotion events, present investment prospects to partners via various marketing and promotion channels.

4:Develop and identify partner and investment qualification programs, processes, criteria and standards, in alignment with corporate industry development strategy and sustainability. Implement partner criteria and selection for investment prospects and targets.

5:Promote and seek to achieve the best interests of partners and Company in alignment with corporate policies and standards, including legal regulations. Organize and engage in negotiations with partners, facilitate in reaching agreement with partners throughout process of pre-qualifying, qualifying, selection, contract negotiation, contract closure, and contract implementation for partners.

6:Develop and implement relevant policies and programs for performance tracking and management, including budget delivery, technical and professional training for functional needs, headcount management and to deliver quality and efficiency of work.

Position Requirements

1:Bachelor degree.

2:10 years, of which at least 3 years in managerial role.
