工作职责：

第一：

Managing project consultants, contractors and relevant stakeholders of the projects - To oversee, monitor, coordinate and manage the users’ requirements and performance of consultants, contractors, suppliers and relevant stakeholders.对项目顾问、承包人和其他利益相关者进行管理，监督、协调和管理用户的要求，同时对项目顾问、承包人、供应商和其他利益相关者的绩效进行管理。

第二：To manage, monitor, coordinate and facilitate the progress of all works and necessary permits and/or approvals required for pre- and post-construction to ensure the projects are commenced, completed and handed over on time.管理、监督、协调和促进所有工作的进程确保项目的开始、完成和按时交付。

第三：To check and control the quality of design and construction works including defect rectifications during Defect Liability Period to ensure that the works are fully complied with the users’ requirements and expectation.检查和控制设计和建设工作的质量，包括保修期内的缺陷矫正，确保工程满足客户的要求和期望。第四：参与代表基础设施部门与为知识城项目提供先进基础设施和技术的机构的进行联系。

第四：To constantly looking out for ways of minimizing cost during various stages of the project.在项目的不同阶段持续寻找降低成本的方法。

第五：To assist in managing relationships with all relevant internal and external parties/ stakeholders.协助上级管理内部和外部利益相关者的关系。

职位要求：

第一：本科及以上学历，建筑工程等相关专业优先；

第二：10年以上房地产项目管理实操工作经验，有房地产合资企业工作经验优先；

第三：优秀的沟通表达能力，社交网络广，注重团队工作。
