第一：为部门战略发展计划的管理和落实提供支持,包括推荐开发,政策和激励措施方面的建议。

第二：支持开发和落实战略实施方案KPI（关键业绩指标）和绩效的跟踪。

第三：支持团队及时、准确地制定战略投资政策方案、激励和发展计划。

第四：必要时为合作伙伴和客户的团队提供支持。

职位要求：

第一：知名院校大学本科学历（工程、商科或经济学相关专业）。

第二：2-5年相关行业工作经验。

第三：2-5年国际公司工作经验。

第四：中英文能力—阅读和写作。

第五：个人素质要求：积极主动、坚韧、有创新精神，团队合作精神。

Key Accountabilities：

1:To support the team in implementing and executing Strategic Initiatives plans, including development, policy & incentive recommendations.

2:To support the development and implementation of Strategic Initiatives KPIs and performance tracking.

3:To support the team with timely and accurate provision of strategic initiatives investment policies, incentives and development plans.

4:To supplement the team by jointly cultivating partners and clients as necessary.

Position Requirements：

1:Bachelor Degree (Engineering, Business or Economics) from recognized university.

2:2-5 years work experience with exposure to industry .

3:2-5 years international experience .

4:English and Chinese language capability – reading and writing.

5:Has initiative; Innovative; Proactive; Tenacious; Team-player.
