1、管理顾问制订有关的总体规划，城市设计计划和详细的控制计划，并从相关政府部门得到计划或调整计划的认可和批准。

2、协调土地注入和分期开发计划，确保各方可以有效整合各个层面的计划，比如道路、基础设施、智能城市，产业，园林和生态计划; 和政府部门密切联系，确保计划和重要基础设施可以按时交付。

3、监管关键图以保持其完整性,与GDD合作取得土地招标的时间表，与CC合作取得土地注入的时间表，与房产发展部门合作取得各宗土地注入到项目公司的时间表。

4、监察政府土地转让的进度，以确保土地条件和详细的控制计划符合已审核通过的计划，并及时注入合资公司。为建议的流程取得认可， 并监管LUR转移到随后下游公司的建议流程。

5、根据土地发展计划的逐步进展与投资方密切合作，并为其寻找适合新项目开发的地块或调整项目用地使他们能够落户，

6、协助开发商和政府部门高效沟通，确保重要计划和发展建议等事宜顺利进行。

Key Accountabilities

1:Manage consultants to draw up the relevant Master Plan, Urban Design Plan and Detailed Control Plans; Seek endorsement and approval from the relevant government authorities on the plans or adjustments to the plans.

2:Coordinate land inject and development staging plans to ensure that they are integrated and dovetail seamlessly with the other layer plans such as Roads, Infrastructure, Smart City Initiatives, Industry, Landscaping and Ecological Plans; Work closely with government authorities to ensure that plans and key infrastructure are delivered to the site on time.

3:Administer the key plans to maintain their integrity; Work with GDD to obtain the land tender schedules and with CC on the land injection schedules and with Physical Development on the timings for the various plots to be injected into project companies.

4:Monitor the government progress on land transfer to ensure the land conditions and detailed control plans are in line with the approved plans and are injected in a timely manner into JVCo. Seek endorsement for and to administer a proposed process for LUR transfer to subsequent downstream companies.

5:Work closely with investors to search for appropriate sites for new projects or adjust project sites to allow them to locate and integrate with compatible uses/clusters, according to Land Development Plan and Phasing progress.

6:Assist developers with liaison with government authorities for key planning and development submission issues.

职位要求：

第一：城市规划或者相关专业的良好学历

第二：中英文能力，良好的口语和写作水平

第三：至少10年城市规划及相关领域工作经验，最好有政府工作经验。至少三年在中国土地采购，土地转移，土地注入的相关工作经验

第四：熟系中国的权威法律和指引，尤其广东/广州土地法的相关规定

第五：有资源，灵活，适应力强，耐心，坚韧

第六：有能力带领一个团队，有资源

Position Requirements

1; Good degree in Urban Planning or related subjects

2; Good spoken and written Mandarin and English

3; At least 10 years experience in Urban Planning or Land Development departments,

preferably a few years in the Government. At least 3 years working experience in related

field in China on land procurement, land transfer and land injection

4:Familiar with relevant authority laws and guidelines in China, particularly Aland Laws in

Guangzhou/Guangdong

5:Resourceful, Flexible, Adaptable, Patient and Tenacious.

6:Able to lead a tea.
