第一：调查、组织、监管（作为重要的监管人）所有政府相关条款、计划条款、其他的销售/投标/转让条款

第二：和顾问方，相关代理机构和部门有效沟通，以将所有方面（公路、基础设施、智能城市发展、产业、园林和生态计划等）都列入销售/投标/转让条款

第三：和开发商保持有效沟通，并校对所有建议书。协助合作发展评估委员会评估发展建议书以便促进开发商建议的采纳

第四：监管每一块土地的发展意见、审批和执行程序

第五：调查、校对并提供信息

职位要求：

第一：城市规划或者相关专业的良好学历

第二：中英文能力，良好的口语和写作水平

第三：至少5-8年城市规划及相关领域工作经验，最好有政府工作经验。至少两年中国相关工作经验

第四：至少3-5年专员工作经验

第五：机智，有资源，适应性强

Key Accountabilities

1:Research, organize and be the key custodian of all relevant government conditions, planning conditions and additional sale/tender/transferdevelopment conditions and parameters for each plot of land.

2:Liaise with consultants and relevant agencies and departments to incorporate all layer plans such as roads, infrastructure, SmartCity initiatives, industry, landscaping and ecological plans into the land sale/tender/transfer conditions

3:Prepare and document land sale/ tender/transfer packages.

4:Liaise with developers and collate all submissions, Assist the Joint Development Assessment Committee to evaluate development proposals so as to facilitate submissions from developers.

5:Monitor the development submission, approval and implementation process for each plot of land.

6:Research, Collate and provide information for sites on an ad hoc basis within and around the knowledge city.

Position Requirements

1: Good degree in Urban Planning or related subjects

2; Good spoken and written Mandarin and English

3; At least 5 – 8 years experiencein Urban Planning or related departments, preferably in the Government for Manager.At least 2 years experience in related field in China.

4:At least 3 – 5 years experience for Executive.
