第一：管理寻求相关政府部门支持和审批的流程，主要集中于相关控制计划或者调整计划中。

以和顾问方、基础设施建设团队合作的方式协调计划，

第二：比如道路、基础设施、智能城市，产业，园林和生态计划; 和政府部门密切联系，确保计划和重要基础设施可以按时交付。

第三：监管城市设计和发展控制规划，并寻求政府部门的支持。协助合作发展评估委员会评估发展计划，并有效执行来自开发商的意见。

第四：和投资方密切合作，并为其寻找适合新项目开发的地块，或者基于已有信息调整项目用地并为其提供相应地块的参数。

第五：协助开发商和政府部门高效沟通，确保重要计划和发展建议等事宜顺利进行。

职位要求：

第一：城市规划或者相关专业的良好学历

第二：熟练使用CAD制图软件和微软办公软件

第三：中文能力，口语和写作

第四：至少6-8年在城市规划及相关领域的工作经验，最好有政府工作经验。至少3年在中国相关领域的工作经验

第五：机智（有资源），适应性强

Key Accountabilities

1:Administer the processes to seek endorsement and approval from the relevant government authorities on the relevant control plans or adjustments to the plans.

2:Work together with consultants and infrastructure team to coordinate plans to ensure that they are integrated and dovetail seamlessly with the other layer plans such as Roads, Infrastructure, Smart City Initiatives, Industry, Landscaping and Ecological Plans; Work closely with government authorities to ensure that plans and key infrastructure are delivered to the site on time.

3:Administer the urban design and development control guidelines, seek Government’s endorsement on the guidelines; Assist the Joint Development Assessment Committee to evaluate development proposals so as to facilitate submissions from developers.

4:Work closely with investors to search for appropriate sites for new projects or adjust project sites based on a given brief and provide the necessary planning parameters for the site.

5:Assist developers to liaise with government authorities for key planning and development submission issues.

Position Requirements

1:Good degree in Urban Planning or related subjects

2:AutoCAD & MS Office

3:Spoken and written Mandarin

4:At least 6-8 years experience in Urban Planning or related departments, preferably in the Government. At least 3 years experience in related field in China.

5:Resourceful, Adaptable.
