第一：计划，安排并执行公关项目，包括广告，新闻发布会，贸易展示，研讨会，内部和外部的会议以及其它项目，以此支持公司事务/公关策略以及业务目标的实施。

第二：进行相关的市场/公关/宣传的调查，研究和分析，支持企业事务/公关策略，计划和项目。

第三：建立和维护相关的数据库，资料和文件，确保定期更新。

第四：根据公司的任务和业务目标，提升和支持业务活动/事务，包括信息的准备和分布，利用和/或相关的包括如杂志，报纸，广播和电视等媒体。

第五：处理并与首席执行官办公室协调公司事务/公关项目，议程和活动，确保缜密的行程，预约和最佳结果

职位要求：

第一：本科或以上学历，公共关系专业

第二：4到7年的公关，广告，媒体关系，公司事务管理的工作经验，包括与政府机构、公众和公司的联络经验。有跨国公司经验的人优先考虑。

Key Accountabilities

1:Plan, schedule execute PR programs, including advertising, press releases, trade shows or seminars, internal and external meetings and events to support Corporate Affairs/PR Strategy and business objectives

2:Conduct related market/PR/promotional studies, research, analyses to support Corporate Affairs/PR strategy, plans and programs.

3:Establish and maintain related databases, materials, and documentations and ensure regular update of these

4:Promote and support business activities/events in line with the company’s mission, objectives and business goals, including preparation and distribution of information utilizing and/or involving media such as magazines, newspapers, radio and television

5:Manage and coordinate with CEO Office Corporate Affairs/PR events, calendars and activities, ensuring optimum and seamless schedules, appointments and outcomes

Position Requirements

1:Bachelor Degree or higher, Major in Public Relations

2:4 to 7 years PR, advertising, media relations, corporate affairs management experience, including liaisons with government agencies, public and corporations. Experience in multi-national companies preferred.
