任职要求：

第一：知名院校大学本科（工程，商科或者经济相关专业），大学英语六级；

第二：8-10年相关产业经理或副经理工作经验（3-5年专员从业经验）；

第三：3-5年国际公司工作经验（中层管理岗位，总经理或副经理经验）；

第四：跨文化工作经验；中英文能力—阅读和写作；

第五：投资推广相关工作经验，具有一线的电子数据处理工作经验优先；

第六：3-5年中国工作经验（中层管理岗位，总经理或副经理经验）；

第七：其他外语能力（日语、韩语、德语、法语）；

第八：擅长维护与中国政府关系。

第九：个人素质要求积极主动、坚韧、团队合作

Key Accountabilities and Objectives/Results：

1:To support the team leader in building pipeline and fulfilling mutually-agreed investment targets with GDD;

2:To support the development of SOPs for channel optimization;

3:To support the building of both domestic and overseas channels;

4:To support the team leader in capturing Queen Bees;

Position Requirements:

1:Bachelor Degree (Engineering, Business or Economics) from recognized university;English CET 6;

2:8 – 10 years work experience with exposure to industry Mgr and Dy Mgr. (3 – 5 years work experience for Executive);

3:3 – 5 years international experience (at mid-management level for Dy Mgr and Mgr);

4:English and Chinese language capability – reading and writing;

5:Investment promotion experience preferably with EDB type of work exposure at the frontline;

6:Worked in China for 3 – 5 years (at mid-management level for Dy Mgr and Mgr);

7:Knowledge of foreign languages (Japanese, Korean, German, French);

8:Exposure in dealing with Chinese government officials;

9:Has initiative; Innovative; Proactive; Team-player.
