职位描述
Compensation packages and job design
Establish the company wage and salary structure and, together with the Employee & Payroll department, establish pay policies, and oversee the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises.
Lead competitive market research into payment practices and salary bands in order to recruit and retain high-caliber staff.
Lead participation in a minimum of one annual salary survey.
Evaluate company structure, job design, and personnel forecasting throughout the company
Transfer process within and across departments
? Establish transfer processes within and across departments as well as company-wide transfers.
? Communicate transfer process to staff and line managers.
? Facilitate transfers where they work in the best interests of both the company and employee.
Performance management
? Design, direct, and manage a company-wide process of organization development that addresses issues of succession planning and key-employee retention.
? Work with supervisors to ensure review processes are carried out consistently and that results are compiled and monitored.
? Identify and develop key employees for reward and future promotion into management positions.
Staff engagement
? Manage employee communication and feedback through such avenues as company meetings, suggestion programs, employee engagement surveys, newsletters, employee focus groups, one-on-one meetings, and Intranet use.
? Monitor the organizational culture so that it supports the attainment of company goals and promotes staff engagement.
? Use data from exit interviews to identify issues and make recommendations.
? Work with management to continue the development and implementation of innovative retention strategies and processes.

Staff development and training
? Coordinate the annual Performance Review process and work with management to ensure the process is smooth and meaningful.
? Lead the implementation of a performance management system that includes performance development plans (PDPs) and employee development programs.
? Promote personal growth and motivation through review processes, goal setting and feedback.
? Establish an in-house training system that addresses company training needs including needs assessment, orientation and on-boarding, management development and cross-training, and measures the impact of training and training effectiveness.
Overall
? Develop and monitor key indicators to measure the execution and effectiveness of programs in all areas of human resources and ensure corrective action is taken where needed.
? Work with management on ad-hoc projects related to organizational issues in general.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above.
at least 5 years' experience in HR related area.
Able to travel at least 2 times and total of 6-7 days per month.
High level of professionalism as demonstrated in personal appearance, conduct, and all spoken and written interactions.
Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, with Chinese as the native language.
Team-oriented.
Highly motivated and proactive.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
