职位描述
Detail Principal Activities Performed by the Incumbent
1. Provide Brand PR consultation and day-to-day media relations consultation to Marketing and handle all media requests regarding marketing activities.
2. Work with Marketing in developing/implementing Brand PR activities (e.g. thematic campaign, new product launch, sponsorship, etc) to serve business needs, including core idea and communication strategy development, program implement and project review.
3. Manage and maintain effective relations with key external stakeholders of Wrigley PR initiatives including media, opinion leaders, NGOs, Celebrities, etc.
4. Follow, maximize and control the budgets and other financial and budgeting responsibilities, eg. contract process, guide PR supervisor on payment requests, expenses recording & filing.
5. Implement Brand PR activities in compliance with corporate policies including Legal, Finance, Procurement, CSR (carrying the disposal logo on all visuals to encourage the proper disposal of chewing), etc.
6. Arrange constant sharing of Brand PR information across the company including timely project updates via email, regular updates on clipping collection, and posting information on other internal communication vehicles such as the news letter, the intranet portal, the global publication AAW (All around Wrigley) Flash, etc
7. Develop a network of Agencies/Vendors in marketing communication area, maintain a readily accessible supplier database; effectively manage cooperation with these Agencies/Vendors.
8. Act as the spokesperson in Brand PR activities and deliver approved messages in related to Brand PR projects.
9. Provide period report of Brand PR activities.
10. Perform other special projects/tasks as assigned.
Incumbent Requirements
§ Experience Requirements
§ At least 6 years' experiences in public relations - corporate communications, or in other consulting/journalistic positions. Having experience in a PR agency is a plus.
§ Possess strategic thinking, a good spirit of innovation, project management skills, independent problem-solving skills as well as interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit.
§ Be detail-oriented with a sense of urgency in implementing projects and achieving results. He/she must have ability of performing multi tasks and of time management.
§ Have extensive experience in writing in various communication vehicles.
§ Experienced in developing long-term relationships with media, key opinion leaders and governmental officials.
§ Pleasant personality. Proficiency in English language. And a working knowledge of various PC software applicable to the position's areas of responsibilities are also required.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's and Master's degree(s) in public relations, journalism, mass communications, business management, language(s) or other related majors. Dual/joint-degree or overseas education is a plus.
